Immigration Law & The Case for Gay Marriage

Immigration Law allows spouses to file for green cards when a US Citizen marries an immigrant (“immediate relatives”).

However, since the federal government doesn’t recognize same-sex marriage, a couple in this situation is left with no solution.

Yet another argument for Gay Marriage.
