Here at Frank & York, we would like you to get to know all of the attorneys. Today’s post is about Senior Partner Robert Frank.

Bob served as Chair of the NJ chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), which has over 10,000 members. Bob was actually one of the original 300 AILA members.

Listed in Best Lawyers in America, Bob received the prestigious Sam Williamson Mentor Award from AILA at its National Conference in 1999.

Bob is also an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. He previously chaired the Immigration Section of the NJ Bar Association.

With 34 years’ experience in immigration law, Bob is known nationally as an expert attorney. A former Fulbright Scholar, Mr. Frank is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Rutgers University School of Law. He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
